Rosenberg Martin Greenberg Launches Lending & Banking Microsite
Rosenberg Martin Greenberg, LLP, a 37-attorney law firm headquartered in Baltimore, Maryland with offices in Annapolis, Maryland and Wilmington, Delaware, is pleased to announce the launch of its Lending & Banking Microsite. The industry-specific site highlights issues that are of interest to the firm’s lender clients, involving both loan structuring, documentation and diligence for new financing transactions and loan workouts, modifications, foreclosure and other asset recovery matters, as well as highlighting the industry team at the firm.
