About
Josh Arons is an Associate in Rosenberg Martin Greenberg’s Real Estate and Business Planning and Transactions Groups. Josh advises and represents clients in complex commercial real estate transactions for deal structures, including development, leasing, acquisitions, and financing. He further represents tax-exempt organizations and corporations in formation and qualification, corporate governance, and due diligence matters.
Prior to joining the firm Josh was an Associate at an AmLaw 200 firm in Washington D.C., where he was a member of the firm’s Tax Credit Finance Practice Group. He was also a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable James A. Bonifant at the Circuit for Montgomery County, Maryland.
Josh received his juris doctorate from the American University Washington College of Law, where he served on the Executive Board of the American University Business Law Review, as the Symposium Editor. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science at the University of Massachusetts Amherst Commonwealth Honors College.
