On May 5, 2025, Harris Eisenstein was interviewed by Gary Collins at Fox45 News Baltimore regarding the representation of Maryland property owners in a federal lawsuit against Public Service Enterprise Group (PSEG). The New Jersey-based utility filed the lawsuit on April 15, 2025, seeking access to private properties for surveys related to the proposed Maryland Piedmont Reliability Project (MPRP), a 67-mile high-voltage power line. Eisenstein challenges PSEG’s claim of eminent domain authority, arguing that only the Maryland Public Service Commission can grant such rights within the state.
