Harris Eisenstein Speaks at Town Hall on Status of Controversial MPRP: “The Fight Has Just Begun”

On July 16, Harris Eisenstein joined Delegate Nino Mangion, State Sen. Chris West, and dozens of concerned residents at a town hall in Hereford, MD, to address the latest developments in the proposed Maryland Piedmont Reliability Project (MPRP).

Eisenstein discussed the current status of the appeal process and how landowners might protect their property rights as PSEG continues to seek access for surveys. “Document everything,” he said, highlighting the need to keep detailed records of surveyor visits, communications, and any disruptions to the property.

“The fight is not over,” Eisenstein said. “The fight has just begun.”
