Bio

Chris is an experienced attorney in RMG’s Litigation and Land Use & Zoning practice groups. Since 2019, Chris has represented developers, institutions, businesses, and individual property owners on a variety of real estate and administrative land use and zoning matters. His land use and zoning practice is primarily focused in Howard and Baltimore Counites.

Chris advises and counsels his clients through all phases of the development process and regularly appears before administrative boards and the Maryland courts in cases involving conditional uses, special exceptions, variances, and real property disputes. Chris also represents clients in local lobbying matters related to land use and zoning.  In addition, Chris represents breweries, distilleries, restaurants, and retail liquor stores in obtaining and transferring liquor licenses.

Prior to joining RMG, Chris was an attorney at a boutique Howard County law firm that focused on local development matters.  Chris graduated law school, with honors, from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 2018.  After law school, Chris served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Judith C. Ensor in the Baltimore County Circuit Court.
