Bio

Clint Black is counsel in RMG’s business planning & transactions department. He advises clients on a wide range of corporate matters, including entity formation, governance, and complex transactional work. Clint has played a key role in several multi-million dollar acquisitions and regularly supports clients with business strategy and corporate governance matters. His practice spans business associations and corporate law, making him a key resource for clients navigating sophisticated legal and regulatory challenges in the business world.

Before entering private practice, Clint served for four years as a legislative liaison in the Maryland Office of the Secretary of State. In that role, he was responsible for drafting and testifying on legislation and overseeing the review and registration of condominium filings and trademark applications.

Clint is a Baltimore native, and he is admitted to practice in Maryland and Connecticut.
