Bio
Jennifer E. Zohorsky is a partner in RMG’s Real Estate and Commercial Lending Groups. Jennie primarily handles complex real estate transactions and advises clients in real estate acquisitions, development, leasing and financing. Her clients include owners and developers of commercial real estate properties and her practice focuses on mixed-use developments and shopping centers.
Jennie has comprehensive experience with retail leasing transactions, representing both landlords and tenants in complex office, warehouse, retail and ground leases. She also represents clients in connection with acquisition, development, construction and permanent financing. In addition, she is experienced in drafting covenants, easements and restrictions and advising clients on a variety of land development issues and general business matters.
She is a member of ICSC and has lectured on various real estate topics at programs presented by the organization. She is also a member of the Real Property Section Council for the Maryland State Bar Association. Ms. Zohorsky received her B.A. from the University of Loyola in Maryland and her J.D. from the Catholic University Columbus School of Law.
Jennie previously worked at a large national law firm, and began her legal career as the judicial law clerk for The Honorable William C. Mulford, II, Circuit Court for Anne Arundel County.
