Bio

As Chief Operating Officer of Rosenberg Martin Greenberg, Paul brings over 30 years of global experience in strategic planning, organizational structure, and financial management. His extensive background includes leadership roles in consulting, corporate, and legal environments, focusing on enhancing profitability, optimizing operations, and driving strategic growth.

Before joining RMG, Paul consulted for a prominent law firm in the Southeast US, where he used his business acumen to achieve excellent financial performance by improving operational efficiency. He also held a senior leadership role at a start-up consulting firm, overseeing operations for regulatory and government affairs. In his capacity as a director at an AMLAW 200 law firm, Paul managed critical business units, implemented growth strategies, and developed succession plans, contributing to market expansion and operational sustainability.

Notably, Paul played a transformative role as the head of legal operations for a leading global energy company, building one of the largest in-house legal teams in the region, managing a significant external legal spend, and spearheading advanced technology initiatives. Earlier in his career, Paul held executive roles at various well-established law firms, driving innovations in profitability, partner succession planning, and client engagement.

Paul holds an MBA in Finance from St. Joseph’s University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from Pennsylvania State University.
