Bio

Samiah Bansal is an associate in the Real Estate Department at Rosenberg Martin Greenberg, where she actively supports clients in a broad spectrum of commercial real estate matters. Samiah works closely with the firm’s real estate team to assist property owners, developers, and investors with real estate acquisitions and dispositions, lease negotiation and review, due diligence, and transactional documentation. Her role includes preparing and analyzing key real estate contracts, supporting site development and financing efforts, and helping clients navigate legal issues that arise throughout the lifecycle of commercial real estate projects. This experience enables her to contribute effectively to solutions that advance clients’ business goals and mitigate risk in complex real estate transactions.

Prior to joining the firm, Samiah gained practical legal experience at national and regional law firms and in diverse legal settings, where she drafted motions and legal memoranda, conducted trademark and contract research, and collaborated on corporate and privacy matters. She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law, graduating with honors, and holds both a Master of Science in Applied American Politics & Policy and a Bachelor of Science in Criminology from Florida State University. A native Spanish speaker, she offers bilingual support to clients and is committed to clear communication and responsive legal counsel.
