As an example, Mr. Rombro has handled hundreds of like-kind exchanges for clients, structured generation transfers of business and wealth, or planning for the sale or purchase of business and real estate.
Mr. Rombro is a lecturer in the Masters in Taxation Program at the University of Baltimore School of Law and is a member of the Advisory Committee of the School’s Graduate Tax Program. He was selected for inclusion in Maryland Super Lawyers in 2007 (tax), 2008 (business/corporate) 2009-14 (tax).
