Bio
As Director of Human Resources, Theresa is responsible for developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives that support the firm’s operations and long-term growth. She partners with firm leadership to align human resources strategies with organizational goals, with a focus on talent acquisition, employee development, engagement, and retention.
Theresa has extensive experience in law firm and professional services environments. Throughout her career, she has managed nearly every aspect of the employee lifecycle, including recruiting and onboarding, professional development, performance management, compensation and benefits, workplace policies, regulatory compliance, and employee relations. She has also advised leadership on workforce planning, organizational growth, and sensitive employment matters, while developing processes and programs intended to improve the employee experience.
Theresa is a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and has completed Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) coursework. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the Association of Legal Administrators (ALA).
