BALTIMORE, MD – Rosenberg Martin Greenberg (RMG) is thrilled to announce that Drew Tildon has been promoted to partner of the firm.
Drew is a member of RMG’s Land Use & Zoning and Real Estate practice groups, where she represents developers and commercial and industrial property owners in land use, zoning, permitting, and development matters. She guides clients through the entitlement and approval process, helping them navigate the legal, regulatory, and practical issues that arise as projects move from planning through development.

Drew joined RMG as a law clerk in the Land Use & Zoning practice, before graduating from University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law. Her practice includes zoning approvals and use restrictions, stormwater management, historic preservation, traffic mitigation, green building requirements, inclusionary housing obligations, and liquor licensing matters.
Outside the firm, Drew is actively involved in the Baltimore community. She serves on the boards of the York Road Improvement District, Jubilee Baltimore, and the Enoch Pratt Free Public Library’s Pratt Contemporaries. Her commitment to the community reflects the same enthusiasm and willingness to contribute that she brings to her work at RMG.
