Bio
Dan Grossman is an associate in Rosenberg Martin Greenberg’s Real Estate practice group, where he helps clients navigate a wide range of real estate and corporate transactions. He represents developers, investors, lenders, and business owners in acquisitions, sales, commercial leasing, financing, joint ventures, and entity formation, guiding clients through each step of the process with practical insight and clear communication.
Drawing on a strong background in real estate finance and transactional law, Dan works closely with clients to identify risks, streamline deals, and move projects forward efficiently from negotiation to closing. His experience includes commercial, industrial, retail, and mixed-use developments, giving him a grounded understanding of how legal, financial, and operational factors align to make transactions successful.
Dan earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Baltimore School of Law, where he served as a senior staff editor of the University of Baltimore Law Review, a law scholar in Civil Procedure, and a member of the Royal Graham Shannonhouse III Honor Society. He received his B.S.B.A. in Finance from the University of Miami, where he developed a lasting interest in how finance and real estate intersect to drive economic growth.
