Chris is an experienced attorney in RMG’s Litigation and Land Use & Zoning practice groups. Chris represents developers, institutions, businesses, and individual property owners on a variety of real estate and administrative land use and zoning matters. His land use and zoning practice is primarily focused in Howard and Baltimore Counties.
RMG welcomed Dan as an associate in RMG’s Real Estate practice group, focusing on a broad range of real estate transactions and corporate matters. He is experienced in advising clients through acquisitions, dispositions, commercial leasing, and financings, as well as related corporate transactions and restructurings.
Naseam is an associate with experience in employment and labor law, focusing on federal litigation. Naseam also provides legal advice and training to management staff. Prior to joining RMG, Naseam was an employment and labor law attorney at the U.S. Department of Commerce and had legal clerkships and internships with the Senior Judges of Baltimore City Circuit Court, International Rescue Committee, Human Rights First, and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
Mike is an associate in RMG’s Litigation and Real Estate groups, with a focus on landlord/tenant matters. Mike represents landlords and tenants in eviction proceedings, administrative actions, and general licensing and reporting requirements.
Elizabeth is an associate in the Creditors’ Rights practice group. Elizabeth represents secured and unsecured lenders in connection with negotiating and acquiring (or selling) debt, loan workouts, bankruptcies, foreclosures, judgment executions, commercial collection matters, and related litigation.
