RMG is proud to have represented our client, ReBuild Metro, in the development of The Hammond at Greenmount Park, a transformative new mixed-use project in Baltimore’s Johnston Square neighborhood.
The Hammond includes 109 mixed-income residences and houses the brand-new Johnston Square Branch of the Enoch Pratt Free Library on its ground floor, the first new Pratt branch in more than 15 years. This innovative library-residence model is among only a few of its kind in the nation and is designed to bring essential resources, housing, and opportunities to the heart of the community.
Attorneys Kelvin Antill and Jamar Brown attended the project’s ribbon-cutting, celebrating this important milestone alongside city leaders, community partners, and project stakeholders. RMG’s real estate team was honored to support the development efforts that helped make this impactful project a reality.
