The move expands RMG’s presence in Baltimore County and establishes the firm’s Quarry Lake office as an additional location for serving clients throughout the region.

Jim Jacobs focuses his practice on health law, business and corporate law. Throughout his career, he has advised health care providers, business owners, and organizations on employment and severance agreements, business planning, corporate governance, transactions, and operational matters. He is widely recognized for developing long-standing client relationships and serving as a trusted advisor to individuals, businesses, and health care organizations throughout Maryland.
Dave Dembert advises individuals, families, and business owners on estate planning, trust and estate administration, taxation, business law, and real estate matters. Dave also provides counsel to trustees and other fiduciaries and has served as an expert witness on a number of estate and trust matters. He is a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel and is widely recognized for his ability to integrate legal, tax, and financial planning considerations to help clients achieve their personal and business objectives.
